Andre owns Mariner Gallery, manages the collection, and works with the artists. Andre built the tween deck of the USS Constellation in the lower level of the Newport location. Andre is a USCG Master Captain, EMT, Wilderness First Responder, diver, marathoner, and he tours National Parks. He owns Northeast Hardwood a sawmill and furniture building company. He graduated from Loomis Chaffee and College of Charleston.
Liza Kamen
Gallery Manager - Darien
Liza supports Mariner Gallery’s day-to-day operations, marketing, and client communications. She helps coordinate exhibitions and events, creates digital and print materials, manages collection information, and shares the work of the gallery’s artists across its platforms. Liza is also an oil painter with a B.S. in Studio Art from Skidmore College. Her own practice centers on coastal landscapes and the changing light of the sea.
Peggy Wilson
Gallery Manager - Newport
Peggy Wilson joins Mariner Gallery as a lifelong sailor with a deep appreciation for maritime art and history. A longtime resident of Darien, Connecticut, she made Newport her permanent home in 2020. With a degree in history and a longstanding involvement in the arts, Peggy previously served on the board of the Darien Library, where she co-chaired its art gallery and organized exhibitions of marine art.
